I have wanted one of these for a long time , but the antique ones were out of my price range. So I was very glad to find these at a reasonable price with the look of antique!

The blotter looks great and is a real nice addition to any desk. Its easy to use and properly soaks up the excess with no issue

I purchased this for my granddaughter because she enjoys writing with fountain pens and sometimes the ink needs blotting. She was thrill with the beauty and quality of this blotter.

I ordered this blotter in the bronze colour along with some other items. Nostalgic Impressions were kind enough to inform me that I was likely to get charged custom fees since I live in Northern Ireland. They offered to amend my order, which was such a decent thing to do, and I chose to only order the blotter and so avoid customs charges. The blotter arrived very quickly and I am very happy with it. Along with the inkwell I ordered it goes well to make my old roll top desk look more like it fits in a time gone by.

Wow! I did not know that so many people no longer knew what an ink blotter was. After looking in many stores and searching the internet, I finally found the perfect one for my needs. The only suggestion I would make is that the bottom of the blotter needs to be just a little smaller so that it does not extend beyond the edges of the beautiful metal top.

I suppose this sort of thing has been around for quite a long time, but I had never heard of it. NICE effect! Don't use it all the time, but it's going to get used more! I would recommend this to friends, you betcha!
